b. Access to the course is personal, non-transferable, and intended solely for the enrolled individual.

a. All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, images, and any other materials provided, are the intellectual property of La Lash Loft Pty Ltd T/A KLIF Lashes & Brows
b. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3. Copyright and Usage Restrictions:
a. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the course content without explicit written permission from La Lash Loft Pty Ltd T/A KLIF Lashes & Brows
b. Sharing of login credentials, course materials, or any proprietary information with third parties is strictly prohibited.
4. Refund Policy:
a. No refunds will be provided for any reason.
b. Enrolling in the Brow Lightening Course indicates your understanding and acceptance of the no-refund policy.
5. Course Completion Time Limit:
a. The course is designed without a predefined time limit, affording participants the flexibility to progress at their own discretion and convenience."

b. La Lash Loft Pty Ltd T/A KLIF Lashes & Brows shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or disruptions in course access beyond La Lash Loft Pty Ltd T/A KLIF Lashes & Brows control.

a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Basic Purchasing Conditions for General Goods and Services QLD
b. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be brought in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
